Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Processing times exclude weekends and major U.S. holidays.
Shipping Methods & Rates
All orders ship exclusively via FedEx to physical street addresses within the United States.
Delivery timeframes begin after carrier pickup and are estimates, not guarantees. Times may vary during peak or holiday seasons.
Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service level.
Free Standard Shipping on Orders $150+
All orders totaling $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping (3–5 business days). No promo code required — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to physical street addresses only.
- No PO Boxes — FedEx does not deliver to PO Box addresses
- No forwarding services or reshippers — orders shipped to known forwarding addresses will be canceled
- Address changes — only possible before the order has shipped. Contact us immediately if you need a correction
- Incorrect shipping addresses are the customer's responsibility
Packaging & Handling
All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents on the exterior.

- Tamper-evident seals — every package sealed for security and integrity
Tracking & Updates
Tracking information is emailed automatically once your shipping label is created. You can track your package directly through FedEx or on our Track Order page.
Note: Tracking updates may not appear immediately and can take up to 24 hours after label creation for the carrier to perform the first scan. After handoff to FedEx, delivery timing and tracking updates are controlled by the carrier.
Delivery Issues
All shipments are fully insured.
Delivered but not received
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, contact us within 3 business days so we can initiate a carrier trace.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows the package is lost in transit, we will review the situation with FedEx and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Damaged on arrival
Contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number, tracking number, and photos of the damage.
Exclusions: Incorrect addresses entered at checkout, refused or returned packages, and locations with documented mail theft. Signature confirmation may be required for reshipments.
U.S. Shipping Only
- We currently ship to U.S. street addresses only (all 50 states)
- No international shipping, forwarding services, or reshippers
- Orders placed with non-U.S. destinations will be canceled and refunded
