Refund & Return Policy
Important information regarding returns, refunds, and order issues.

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1) All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through this website are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
2) Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- Describe the problem in detail
After this timeframe, the order is considered accepted and no further action can be taken.
3) Resolution Process
If an issue is verified, we may, at our discretion:
- Send a replacement for the affected item
- Issue a refund for the specific item
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
4) Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout are the customer's responsibility
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation are not eligible for refunds
5) Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order by emailing support@verifiedpep.com.
After 30 minutes, or once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
6) Payment Failures Are Not Refundable
When you choose a manual payment method at checkout (Zelle, USDC, wire transfer) we hold your order in pending_payment status while we wait for the funds to arrive. Each method has a deadline published at checkout and repeated in every confirmation email:
- Zelle · USDC · Wire — full payment due within 72 hours of order placement
- Partial payment / installment plan — balance must be paid in full within 7 days of your first payment
If full payment is not received within the published window, the order auto-cancels and the inventory is released. No cash refunds are issued for failed-payment situations. If you sent a partial amount toward an installment plan that did not complete, that amount converts 1:1 to VerifiedPep store credit (valid for 12 months, applies automatically at checkout on your next order). See Section 7 below for the store-credit terms.
By placing an order with a manual payment method you acknowledge these terms. They are also presented as a required checkbox at checkout. Disputes that rest on “I did not know about the deadline” will be referred to this policy and the timestamped checkout acknowledgement on file.
7) Store Credit From Auto-Cancelled Installment Plans
If your installment-plan order auto-cancels with a partial payment on file, the partial amount converts dollar-for-dollar to VerifiedPep store credit. The credit is:
- Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
- Applied automatically at checkout on your next order (up to 25% of your subtotal; not stackable with discount codes)
- Non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash
- Forfeited if the receiving account is suspended for fraud, watchlist match, or violation of these terms
You will receive a confirmation email when the credit is issued. The balance is visible at any time on your account page.
8) Research Use Only Products
All products sold are intended strictly for research use only. Due to this classification, returns and refunds are not permitted except in cases of verified order issues as outlined above.
