Quality Assurance
Every batch is independently tested at a US-based, ISO-accredited laboratory. We publish the results so you never have to take our word for it.
Four Pillars of Product Integrity
Every product undergoes a rigorous four-part testing protocol before it ever reaches your laboratory.
Purity & Identity
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analysis confirms compound identity and verifies purity exceeds our >99% standard on every batch.
Endotoxin Testing
Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) testing detects and quantifies bacterial endotoxins, ensuring each product meets strict safety thresholds.
Heavy Metal Testing
ICP-MS screening confirms products are free of harmful contaminants including lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium.
Sterility Testing
USP <61> and USP <71> protocols verify the absence of microbial contamination, meeting pharmaceutical-grade sterility standards.

Industry Claims to Watch For
The research peptide market is full of unverifiable claims. Here's what to look for and why we do things differently.
“No Fillers”
Every lyophilized peptide vial contains excipients — they're essential to the freeze-drying process and help preserve peptide integrity. Look at any vial and you'll see far more powder than 5-10mg alone would produce. There's nothing wrong with these excipients; they're safe and standard. But vendors claiming “no fillers” are either uninformed or misleading you.
“USA Made” or “GMP Lab”
It's easy to put a stamp on a website. Verifying USA manufacturing or GMP compliance is nearly impossible from the buyer's end — partly due to NDAs between manufacturers and distributors, and partly because legitimate US peptide manufacturers have strict distribution requirements most vendors can't meet. Take these claims with healthy skepticism.
Purity-Only Lab Reports
Many lab reports show only purity percentage with no quantity analysis. A vial labeled 5mg might show 99% purity — but actually contain only 1mg of active peptide. Or worse, contain double the labeled amount, creating a dangerous situation for researchers planning dosage calculations. Our COAs include both purity AND quantity verification on every batch.
First-Party & Self-Branded Reports
Some vendors publish lab reports with their own branding, no lab identification, or generic manufacturer-provided certificates. Without an independent, identifiable lab there's no way to verify the testing actually occurred. Every VerifiedPep™ COA comes directly from Vanguard Laboratory — an ISO 17025:2017 accredited, US-based facility with verifiable credentials.
